We serve a wide variety of drinks, including wines, sparkling options, and beers. For craft enthusiasts, we proudly feature St. Ermin's small-batch spirits: St. Ermin's London Dry Gin and St. Ermin's Spiced Rum. Both spirits are crafted with hand-picked botanicals from our rooftop garden and infused with honey sourced directly from our beehives. A selection of light snacks is also available, and starting in late April, our Terrace Sushi Bar will return, offering freshly hand-rolled sushi plates.
